From time to time, the Estée Lauder brands need fresh insights and unbiased creative thinking. I’m the internal trouble shooter they often call and have helped the Estée Lauder, La Mer, Prescriptives, Darphin, Aramis, Tommy Hilfiger, Aveda and innovation teams create and refine new strategies, products and advertising.
I was also founding strategist and writer for The Beauty Bank: Estée Lauder’s entrepreneurial Think Tank whose mission is to develop brands and products for consumers shopping outside of the traditional department store channels. I positioned and named the 4 launch brands for Kohl’s including Good Skin, Flirt, American Beauty and Grassroots as well as their individual products.
Other projects have included an alliance between Oprah Winfrey to develop a global brand with a philanthropic mission.
